It's Time To Celebrate - Spring!

Awww, it's nearly time to wash away those winter blues and welcome in spring with open arms.  So, gather up the troops (or rather the little ones!) and celebrate spring with a party!  Whether it's for a birthday or easter, there are many fun activities that you can do make sure your kids have the best time ever.

Create fun themes and activities such as a tissue flower making area for a Flower Party.

Taunt the boys with Green Jell-o Frogs. Here's how to make these delicious treats:

-To make green Jell-O frogs that won’t melt, combine 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin with 3 packages of lime-flavored gelatin in a large bowl. Add 4 cups of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9" x 13" pan, and chill until set. Use cookie cutters to cut out frog shapes and add two mini chocolate chips for the eyes.

And top the day off with fun party favors such as: butterfly nets, flower cookie cutters, mini bubbles and sidewalk chalk.

Spring Has Arrived

I absolutely love spring! I am such a girly girl and have set up my computer with chintz floral backgrounds and pastel green borders in celebration of the season. I am enjoying every little bit of sunshine and starting to spend any spare minute outside in our garden as happy as the daffodils that are blooming.

I know its not officially spring but its getting very close and our new Cute-ture designs have just arrived in store (AND....our new photo's have just arrived with our gorgeous models in Cute-ture hair accessories and dresses).

Seriously - if you could see my imagination, you would hear birds singing and see little girls with curls skipping down a winding country round surrounded by daisies with rabbits and squirrels waving as they go by.

I hope you enjoy a glimpse of our new designs and please visit www.cute-ture.com to see even more.

Summer Dressing - Saucy Indeed

Los Angeles hit 100 degree’s today – the hottest day in 95 years in downtown LA!! Ouch. So in my hot sweaty state, I started to dream about things like pools, swimming and cute summer dresses and found some of the cutest things ever online!!

Modcloth.com has the cutest spring dress and its called the Kensington Gardens Dress. Named after one of the most beautiful Royal Parks in London, this silky dress is bursting with the beauty of Spring. Featuring an extravagant bow over its ruffled wrap design, this pale pink strapless dress is one elegant original. From the bright pink wildflowers to the colorful daisies and clover, the dainty floral print will look perfect at your next garden party.

I then found the most amazing bird bath – they like water on days like this too – but its actually a cake stand! Visit Whitneysmith’s shop on Etsy.com for a piece of summer you can eat.

One of my favorite American designers is Kayce Hughes and she has outdone herself this summer with a vintage hanky dress that takes you right back to the 50’s! I am in obsessed with this dress.

In the same family of amazing designers is the label Necessityisthemother’s shop which is on Etsy.com – they make the cutest pinafore dresses that are both classic and sexy and absolutely summer.

Bring on the hot weather summer, with this collection who would want any other season!
